I haven’t used Surfshark in 10 months, but they auto-enable yearly subscription renewal so today they charged me $100. Since they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee I got in touch and asked them to refund the yearly renewal because I didn’t opt for it and no longer use their service. They refused to refund me, stating that it’s in their terms and conditions that they don’t refund such renewals. Very shady practices. I wouldn’t touch them with a 10ft pole after this.

The worst of the worst "vpn" out there. I took out a 3 year subscription. This morning I cannot login, I had to change my password, which I did. 3 TIMES. Now not even the fking website will open. No email for support, nothing. Thesefking companies should be closed down and all directors arrested and thrown in jail

My 7 day free test resulting in R1400, deducted in my account. I cancelled the subscription before the allocated time. The call centre operates stated that I should cancel the subscription on Google play, however he did acknowledge that a years subscription cancelled twice would not allow me to the access. In addition the VPN I need did not support British TV and only after 2 weeks did this revelation come to my attention. Over an above which if it did suit my requirements I would have chosen the monthly option on the annual. The call centres are unhelpful, they do not use the English type they email the same message repeatedly. I find it disgusting and borderline *****.

Cancelled in app, confirmation email of subscription cancellation recieved , app indicates end date 6th May 2023 . Yet I still get debited, contacted support and in app chat for assistance and explanation, was made out to be a **** saying I renewed the product . Sent all screen shots in real time of my app , yet still justify taking my money with out my consent. I regret using this services , but won't make that mistake twice. Now I have to see next month if this will occur again cause I received the same cancellation confirmation email and I am not to sure I can trust anything that is communicated. Can't control your choice to cancel, cause I did yet was told I didn't .

I only received the best treatment from their customet service department. The people was very friendly and knew what they are doing. They kept their promise as they stated in their t&c. Well done to an excellent team and product.

With the exceptional service this company stick to their word and was vert professional. Well done Surfshark you are an great example of how a company should operate and interact with their customers.
