Bad app. VPN worked fine however i used the free 7 day trial before the period was over i proceeded to delete the account , upon deletion it states that your subcription will be ended and i proceeded. When i went through my banking app they had taken out the full year subsciption. i then proceeded to request a refund from them and their live chat agent says when i deleted the account i defeated the right to request for a refund. Utter bull****!!! ****ed off and inconvienced.
im going to start by saying Rentoza should get no stars. i am extremely dissapointed with their customer services. it is absolute BS. i placed my order a week ago , the subscription was paid for and the funds immediately came out of my account. a week went by with the order status still being "awating approval" , no communication was received from them. i repeatedly had to follow up with them only to find out my proof of address was an issue , an official bank statement was rejected, account bill , even an official confimation of address from the municipality not even a rental invoice was accepted. After several days i had to pull out SARS correspondence as a means of proof of address which was rejected because it was a week over 3 months. i cannot understand how it will be rejected , why would i provide the wrong address if i need delivery of my order to that address, stupid but moving on with their back and fourth communication of the same issue i had to follow up mulitple times in 1 day as their agents dont complete your request or give you any feedback AT ALL and the chat automatically closes. its been 7 days and i go online on my account to see that my order has been declined and i should try again next month. NEXT MONTH ? no email or whatsapp communication from these idiots. Their communication and level of service is absolute **** and they should be cancelled. Their refund process is dumb and so is their verification process , why make people pay for their order immediately if they still need to verify. Greedy *******s.
Terrible service from Mr D and Pick n Pay Umhlanga cresent.. i ordered flowers , chocolate and chips for a special one to be delivered to her work place. Order was paid for , collected and on route to be delivered. The flowers were not in the delivery, no one had communicated not even the driver to tell me that they don't have that specific item. The driver proceeded with delivery with only the chocolate and the chips and a delivery fee of R35 , the delivery cost more than that 2 items put together. they immediately credited my wallet on Mr D for the next purchase , i choose to withdraw and payout will be within 5 working days. i am utterly disappointed with this bull**** service as a delivery service they were meant to deliver on behalf on the customer to make it convenient for the customer , if we had the time to do it we would have instead of choosing mr D, i think these guys forget its their job and it entails communication, if the item was paid for and there is no stock , it should be communicated to the customer immediately so the customer can choose an option that is convenient. now i must wait 5 business days for a refund for something that is not my fault , the funds was taken within minutes but a refund takes 5 business working days. Pathetic service from them and they also got the nerve to add their mark up on the prices of the items from the stores they affiliated with plus charge us for delivery.
