My 7 day free test resulting in R1400, deducted in my account. I cancelled the subscription before the allocated time. The call centre operates stated that I should cancel the subscription on Google play, however he did acknowledge that a years subscription cancelled twice would not allow me to the access.
In addition the VPN I need did not support British TV and only after 2 weeks did this revelation come to my attention.
Over an above which if it did suit my requirements I would have chosen the monthly option on the annual.
The call centres are unhelpful, they do not use the English type they email the same message repeatedly. I find it disgusting and borderline *****.
