My 7 day free test resulting in R1400, deducted in my account. I cancelled the subscription before the allocated time. The call centre operates stated that I should cancel the subscription on Google play, however he did acknowledge that a years subscription cancelled twice would not allow me to the access. In addition the VPN I need did not support British TV and only after 2 weeks did this revelation come to my attention. Over an above which if it did suit my requirements I would have chosen the monthly option on the annual. The call centres are unhelpful, they do not use the English type they email the same message repeatedly. I find it disgusting and borderline *****.
I purchased via EFT a pair of takkies. The collection period was cancelled while I was purchasing something of the same value. I never received the takkies or the refund, the consultant that is assisting (if you can call it that) can not explain why I've made a pmt with evidence and the return was used. She won't tell me the product purchased. And the timelines between return and purchase eft are completely different. Very disappointed, I am out of pocket in excess of R389. Over and above which the product purchased by myself in cash, which she is insisting that was the refund despite the proof of payment is not the same amount and no credit has been deducted for the difference. Because there is no difference it should still be in credit. Duplicate payment and frustration has left me with a very bitter take in my mouth, over and above which the purchaser has to allocate the credit for the new purchase. Which was not done and not approved of
I have been paying and following up with payments in order to a valid FFC since October 2021. PPRA responses include but are not limited to show a record of your payments and you will be paid (Business need to see your valid certificate. Including. de-register. log a query, and the best of all WE are off-line, I tell you what the amount of times I have heard that, its no wonder they can not operate. We are talking 100's of follow ups by myself in all fomats of available made to the PPRA. With no certificate I am now R2600. out of pocket, I can not work without it. and I am completely as a heighted state of fear for my family and myself. Anyone out there can offer suggestions, assist in anyway. It is the most unprofessional and vindictive behavior and should be brought to light.
Vodacom you have done it again. Every single upgrade is mess. A R180 subscription for free minutes of R250 was added to my billing without any of my knowledge. Spoken to call centre and now according to them I owe them money when in essence my bill just keeps going up and up for valued added services.
I have been trying to cancel this contract since January I have written endless reviews on this site. I am currently on hold with this so called service provider for the 10 minutes and now they have put me through to retention department with a client service provider who is clearly NOT capable of dealing with a upset client, AGAIN a month to month contract mweb does not have a penalty clause attached.....what do we as south african in a world that is devastated with cash flow issues have to do in order to cancel a service that we have not used but been billed an additional amount based on usage, contract nul and void in any event

3rd month of trying to cancel your product which you have increase without notice. I followed protocol and canceled via your app. An ignorant consultant told to tell me I owe a cancelation fee wake up mweb I paid R1k deposit and am now 449,and 499 x 2 out of pickey
If there was an option to give you a no rating I would. I am in month 3 of canceling your product after you increase my subscription which is month to month with a deposit. Your consultant was ignorant to the package in crease as well as a penalty that can not imposed on a month after the cunsumer followed your process. Issue refund immediately you are thieves

I canceled the contract after not be able to get any1 to assist in setting up anything. Have not used souch as 1mg of data and still they deducting money from Stopped and then started again in January. Disgusting service, disgusting coverage and fraudulent use of banking services
