Just plain bad service and lots of excuses

Fancy website with lots of stuff to buy. Looks nice but be warned, the excuses start once you have paid. All of a sudden there is a 5 day delay in shipping and lots of excuses from Samantha. If I knew the service would be this bad I would have spent my money elsewhere. I bought a item a week ago and paid for express shipping. The item is still missing.

Don't fool us into buying from you and then not ship the goods in time. I paid for express shipping. I should not be going into week 2 without my shipment.

Stop making excuses. Make things happen
