DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

if I could give minus stars I would. I am EXTREMELY disgusted with the service received from them. I had a payment plan in place to to pay off outstanding amounts with Lancet ,which I have kept to monthly and despite this, I was handed over to this debt collections company. I have reached out MULTIPLE times over email to assist and not once have they responded or investigated the issue at hand. I have been hounded for payment like a ******** when I have actually kept to my side of the agreement. Disgusting service to say the least!!!!
