Very poor service overall. I brought my car in and the shuttle never arrived. Staff said they were unable to get hold of the driver.
After the service, my check engine light came on. When I contacted them, they refused to resolve the issue until it was discussed with a manager. I had to bring my car back in, where I once again experienced poor service.
I was then informed that my car has an oil leak, despite raising this concern in January 2025 and being told at the time that nothing was wrong. It is extremely frustrating to now be told otherwise.
What should have been a single visit turned into three separate trips. Once the service plan ended and I paid cash, the level of customer care noticeably declined.
I will not be recommending this business and will be taking my business elsewhere.
