I have bought a new 2025 Suzuki Swift on the 8th Jan 2025, few kilometers after I hv fetch there was a error message. I called my sales man (Moses) he requested that I returned the car immediately. The car was returned, but unfortunately this errors keeps on coming up even they said is fixed. Third time I wrote a letter demanding an exchange or money back. Moses and his manager handled my matter so professional and replaced my car with another one without any arguments. Thanks to all IPOP west rand Suzuki staff. Moses keep up your good work and professionalism. Today I am happy with my car.
