The service I've received from the day I purchased my car (Suzuki brezza)in 2022 has been absolutely appalling! Firstly I ordered the s -edition kit for my car which didnt arrive on time. And then, after fitting the s- edition kit trim, i had to take it back twice as it was never fitted properly!! Another problem was after they put the smash and grab on my windows, I got my car back with the windows that rattled! I then took my car in last week Wednesday for an oil leak only to have to wait for the part to be ordered. The part arrived Friday and I was told to bring my car in as soon as possible. Which i did. This was just before 12pm that Friday. I was told I would get my car back later that day. When I phoned later to follow up on my car they told me my car now might not be ready by 5pm?! At 16:35 then let me know my car won't be done and they will only finish the job on Monday?!!!!! I was never even offered a courtesy car even though I wouldn't have my car the entire weekend. I told them why they couldn't have told me it was a big job to replace the seal and for me to rather bring my car in first thing Monday morning. And the answer was 'they didnt know'?!?! Its been the most unpleasant and frustrating experience dealing with Mazda/ Suzuki Louis Trichardt. I will never buy another car from them!!

My 2 years old Suzuki Celerio just stop on Tuesday Knight and it was towed to Suzuki makhado on Wednesday 16th July, since then some1 called me and said they are checking the car and promise to get back to me within 2 hours but they never did and I call them every day and they just answer and said the technician will call me back but no1 is calling and the worse part is I use that car to go to work as I stay at Polokwane but work at Waterberg, I'm really disappointed on their customers service, even today I called but they just took my details like everyday and no1 is calling

I took my car for servicing on 26 October 2022. After service I was told that spark plugs were not replaced because they do not have stock for spark plugs, so I will be called probably the following week to come for the fitting of spark plugs. I drive 250 km return trip to servicing my car. If they do not have simple items such as spark plugs, i wonder how can they be trusted for doing complex repairs.
