The service I've received from the day I purchased my car (Suzuki brezza)in 2022 has been absolutely appalling! Firstly I ordered the s -edition kit for my car which didnt arrive on time. And then, after fitting the s- edition kit trim, i had to take it back twice as it was never fitted properly!! Another problem was after they put the smash and grab on my windows, I got my car back with the windows that rattled! I then took my car in last week Wednesday for an oil leak only to have to wait for the part to be ordered. The part arrived Friday and I was told to bring my car in as soon as possible. Which i did. This was just before 12pm that Friday. I was told I would get my car back later that day. When I phoned later to follow up on my car they told me my car now might not be ready by 5pm?! At 16:35 then let me know my car won't be done and they will only finish the job on Monday?!!!!! I was never even offered a courtesy car even though I wouldn't have my car the entire weekend. I told them why they couldn't have told me it was a big job to replace the seal and for me to rather bring my car in first thing Monday morning. And the answer was 'they didnt know'?!?! Its been the most unpleasant and frustrating experience dealing with Mazda/ Suzuki Louis Trichardt. I will never buy another car from them!!

As a South African you get pretty used to bad service, but Openserve and Telkom take the cake here. Their services/ after services is absolutely disgusting!! I have moved premises a week ago and I still haven't had a technician come to moved my fiber/ phones/Wi-Fi across which they installed. That another thing I wish I didn't never was move over to fiber through Telkom. its been problem after problem since installation with a battle each time to get the problem resolved. I am also still paying for items which were said to be free and included in the package after absolutely no luck with getting the amount taken off my account.
