My new favourite motorcycle store - Visited them recently due to an old bike I'm riding having issues charging the battery. Got some amazing frienly and free advice to swap the battery myself and check of the problem percsists - solved something that would have costed me thousands if I had not fixed it. This simple solution after calling many other motorcycle workshops on advice and quotes that are riduculously high I found Suzuki toy store by accident on google when I was in the area for work. Parts are also better priced than all the other quotes I got

The true benchmark of poor service and over pricing, owner we rude and dismissive. Quote R4 000 for a service foe a Suzuki Gsx150f. He had indicated 2 hours labour which is hard to phathom. Ended up paying R2800 still feel ******, very very poor service

Mr Adolf has so much of disrespect when dealing with customers. So when he talked nonsense to me over the phone today I went and got my stuff back from the store. He could not quote me for a carb service which I ended up doing myself at no cost. Please do not support a store that does not value customers.

Thank you Buks from Suzuki Toy Store in Centurion for repairing my Suzuki Boulavart m109 ( water in fuel tank). Your service was as always friendly and outstanding. One can always count on them to help when needed. Can absolutely recommend them to all motorcycles particularly Suzuki owners.

Inadvertently left my wallet in the handlebar bag when I dropped my bike off for some work. Whereas I take responsibility for my actions, it's the theft of cash from it that bothers me. It wasn't a lot of money, but that's not the point. I called them to check if the wallet was in the bag which they confirmed. They held it until I collected the bike the following day. The cash was gone, and there was little to gain by questioning them. Just have dishonest people working there. The bike had a lot of fuel in, and although they were working on the carburetor they could have endured I had sufficient fuel. I barely travelled 1km and was out!!!!! Seen the last of me, unless the carburetor issue resurfaces.

Buks Boshoff the owner of Suzuki Toy Store in Hennopspark is a rude, violent, abusive and disrespectful person. Buks pushed my father with force after calling my mother a little wh*re. My father was in a motorcycle accident and has 2 broken ankles and a fractured rib cage in 36 places. He went to Suzuki Toy Store for a quote to fix his motorcycle which was denied by the insurance due to the fact that his quote was substantially high and completely dishonest. The workshop manager Duggie also pushed my husband around after he tried to defend my father. Buks used the Max Motorcycle Club as a treat towards my father and told him that he refuses to give us the motorcycle back unless we pay him. He threatened my father and my husband by saying they must pay him or he will sell the motorcycle. When my father and my husband refused to pay due to the fact that he was trying to blackmail them, Buks and Duggie got aggressive. I would not recommend that anybody from the motorcycle community should support this company.
