DISGUSTING SERVICE
Paid SVS R760 to assist with getting UK Visa. Apoointment was made for 9.30 am. We were told to get there 15 minutes early. A representative was supposed to meet us there to hand over documentation. A representative arrived at 9.35. At that point the embassy wanted to cancel the appointment. Luckily a lady at the embassy recognized that it was SVS who was unprofessional , tardy and unreliable. The representative then told us that we were rude to him on the phone and he doesnt appreciate it. We had never spoken to him on the phone!!!! I have tried for 1.5 months to phone this company and get some feedback from them. Spoke to the manager now and she was just making excuses for her very inefficient representative. She denies that he was late but wont give me proof. DISGUSTING SERVICE

06 Mar 2020, 11:19So i have waited for a phone call to be returned for over a month. Suddenly now that I have got upset and my patience has run out SVS now phones me and threatens me with lawyers because i told them i am putting this complaint on Hello Peter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
