I ordered and paid for a washing machine on Friday 29th November (black friday) and delivery was promised on Monday 2nd December. It is now Friday 6 December and i am still waiting. I have emailed - no response yet. I have phoned the call centre 3 times and was told its been escalated and yet the order is still saying 'In progress'. There is stock in all the branches but yet no stock to deliver to me.
My dog needed xrays and surgery last week. Dotsure paid me out very quickly and Tamlyn Mostert handled my claim with ease.
ABSA credit card assistance is USELESS. If you look for a contact number for credit card assistance you get 0861462273. I phoned the number and waited for 19 minutes. Eventually speak to someone and she tells me she cant help she must forward me to another number. I THEN GET CUT OFF AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!!!
I placed an order on 3rd December and i am yet to receive a tracking number. Their phone does not get answered and so many emails too. The last i heard was that i would receive a tracking number and still nothing. There are so many people in the same boat as me and i will never buy anything here again. I spent a lot of money and my order is nowhere to be seen.

Hi I cancelled my WiFi contract on May 10th. I was told my last debit order would be end May/1st June. I have now been billed again on 1st July (for a full month). I have tried phoning the call center and hung up after waiting more than 10 minutes. Very frustrating service all round.
I made a purchase online and selected a delivery today between 10am and 1pm. I waited the entire day. I phoned twice and spoke to 2 different consultants who promised to find out what was happening. Neither 1 phoned me back. It is now 6pm and no word. I had to pay extra for the delivery Disgusting service.
Paid SVS R760 to assist with getting UK Visa. Apoointment was made for 9.30 am. We were told to get there 15 minutes early. A representative was supposed to meet us there to hand over documentation. A representative arrived at 9.35. At that point the embassy wanted to cancel the appointment. Luckily a lady at the embassy recognized that it was SVS who was unprofessional , tardy and unreliable. The representative then told us that we were rude to him on the phone and he doesnt appreciate it. We had never spoken to him on the phone!!!! I have tried for 1.5 months to phone this company and get some feedback from them. Spoke to the manager now and she was just making excuses for her very inefficient representative. She denies that he was late but wont give me proof. DISGUSTING SERVICE
The Pick 'n Pay Clothing store at Clearwater Mall really needs to be investigated. I previously went there and purchased 2 items. There was a special that you got 20% off if you bought 2. The manager came to help the assistant. I dont think the manager can add 1 + 1. After 20 minutes of them messing around i never got 20% off and i left there frustrated. I went on Monday afternoon and i bought a 'top' for R299. I dont like it but have now realised that it is part of a set and no one told me. I want to return it but i know i am going to battle at this branch. I am going to try at a different branch. Stay away from Clearwater Mall branch.
I booked for breakfast for mothers day and my booking was on the deck. When we arrived we were told that we cant sit on the deck and we were placed inside. Our cappuccinos arrived in the smallest cup i have ever seen and they were cold. Our breakfast arrived and everyones food was cold. My daughter ordered eggs Benedict with this horrible sauce over (which looked like mustard). She sent it back and asked for a warm plate of food and to leave the sauce off. They did so but the spinach was replaced with lettuce and her plate of food was a total disappointment. The venue is beautiful but you spoiled our mothers day and the cost was so high considering the food we were given. Very disappointing.
