Poor service

I’m so disappointed with the service that I had received from Swaadisht foods in malvern engen garage We had placed the order for the food at 15:05 They said that delivery would take 45 mins to an hour nothing more nothing less

It went just over an hour and we called at 16:23 to find out the whereabouts of the food as time had passed He said that he would call back in two minutes but he had never called me back

I called again at 16:41 to tell them that there was still no response

The food had only arrived at 16:50 When the food arrived it was cold and the burger was soggy and the chicken chow mein tasted absolutely horrible The kiddies chicken burger was also cold and my 5 year old complained about it

The service delivery is absolutely pathetic The food was late and cold This is really dissapointing
