I purchased a swatch irony blue details in 2019 from their Sandton City store. My original leather strap needs replacement. They still selling this watch online and in their stores but cannot arrange for the original leather strap to be ordered and replaced. What company don't have original parts available to order? I have sent them an email and still no response from Swatchonline. Extremely disappointed customer!!!
