A cautionary to anyone intending to purchase a Swiss watch. Especislly an Omega, Tissor or Swatch. The agents are the Treger Swatch Group in Sandton. The quality of those products are NOT worth what you pay. Compounded by the fact that there is extremely little customer care. This is especially true in the fact that they will NOT sell spares. If the watch needs attention or repairs, they insist the product has to be handed to them only for repair or intervention. They will then charge their rediculously over inflated prices. This is much rhe same for all the Swiss watch brands. The quality has drastically dropped over the last 25 years. There are many far better brands on the market than Omega, Tissot or Swatch watches.
