A cautionary about Budget Insurance and all other financial institutions! Don't ever have anything to do with them. Their administration is revolting as well as usual, they will look for any reason in the policy document to repudiate a claim. This after years with them. If I took the money that I had paid to them over the years and invested it, I would be getting an annual return greater than the small claim I wanted to make with them. The mongerels at Budget wanted proof of purchase on something that was bought more than 25 years ago. Legal ******s and ****mers.

A cautionary about Budget Insurance and all other financial institutions! Don't ever have anything to do with them. Yesterday I went to the kiosk as instructed by the mongerel TymeBank and changed the PIN on my card. Bought something just to test the card and it worked. I am steaming mad that I was charged for 4 declined transactions because TymeBank had a problem with my PIN and did not notify me. A cautionary to anyone wanting to open a TymeBank account. DO NOT. Go to another bank which will assist you instantly if you have problems. TymeBank are useless when it comes to smooth operations and problem solving. From Godwin Symons.

This TymeBank is the biggest distrustful organisation amongst the banks in SA. I tried my card for the second time on Friday, after verifying my PIN at the kiosk. Tried it two times. Both times were rejected. This is tantamount to theft. My card does not work because of TymeBank's shortfalls, yet the mongerel organisation still deducts for the DECLINED transaction. I am so sick of this total inefficient situation. MY STRONG ADVISE TO ANYONE THINKING OF OPENING A TYMEBANK ACCOUNT. . . . HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. Rather open an account with any of the other commercial banks in SA. Their service is better and when there is a problem you can go into a branch to get the problem resolved. TymeBank is useless. I wish the SARB would find a reason to close them down and let other banks absorb the clientele. From Godwin Symons.

TYME BANK is a joke
TYME BANK is a joke. I had endless trouble a few months ago to get my account reactivated. They said they had done it and it never showed. Eventually a new card was issued. Yesterday I tried to do a purchase with the new card. . . . Guess what. . . . Declined!!! Today I went to the TYME BANK assistant at the Bedfordview PicknPay to verify my PIN. All was good on the kiosk screen. I went into PicknPay to purchase something. Guess what. . . . The card did not work. This ****ing bank is like a toy bank in a kindergarten. A total waste of my time. I wish the SARB would find a legitimate reason to close them down and let one of the other big banks absorb their clients. I am sick of these parasitic banks. MY ADVICE TO A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT!! RATHER GO TO CAPITEC OR AFRICAN BANK. They do things right and don't bggur the clients around like TYME BANK does. A cautionary to anyone intending to purchase a Swiss watch
A cautionary to anyone intending to purchase a Swiss watch. Especislly an Omega, Tissor or Swatch. The agents are the Treger Swatch Group in Sandton. The quality of those products are NOT worth what you pay. Compounded by the fact that there is extremely little customer care. This is especially true in the fact that they will NOT sell spares. If the watch needs attention or repairs, they insist the product has to be handed to them only for repair or intervention. They will then charge their rediculously over inflated prices. This is much rhe same for all the Swiss watch brands. The quality has drastically dropped over the last 25 years. There are many far better brands on the market than Omega, Tissot or Swatch watches. I have been to Checkers Eastgate from time to time
I have been to Checkers Eastgate from time to time. It certainly is a superior shop. The way it fails dismally and puts all their good work to shame is when going to the tills. There is always such a long queue and the minimum time it takes to get to pay is 10 minutes, frequently longer. On a few occasions when I have been to buy bread products, it has proved not worth my while to stand in the absurd long queues and I have just left my packet on the way out.

Today I phoned the Swatch Group in Sandton to see if I could buy a part for an Omega Co-axial watch. They flatly refused to sell any spares to me. Aparantly it is orders from Mr Kai Ebbinghaus, who is the manager and will not sell spares to watchmakers. This alone is reason enough for me to discourage anyone to purchase or own an Omega watch. This is compounded by the fact that the quality of Omega watches is poor compared to what it used to be 30 years ago. Avoid buying an Omega watch. There are many far better brands on the market than Omegs, Tissot or Swatch watches. From Godwin Symons. Master Watchmaker.
