WHAT A ****. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Absolutely useless! I’d give no stars if that was an option. Almost 18 months later and still have yet to see anything. Granted there was an ID problem that was resolved 13 months ago. They literally submit your forms online and that is it. Not helpful at all. Absolute waste of time. And now that there was maintenance to the online system they have just said “sorry we can’t help you, go the branch”. Trying. Very hard to be diplomatic and professional. But Caitlyn and Kelly, you are ****ming people.
