WHAT A ****. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
Absolutely useless! I’d give no stars if that was an option. Almost 18 months later and still have yet to see anything. Granted there was an ID problem that was resolved 13 months ago. They literally submit your forms online and that is it. Not helpful at all. Absolute waste of time. And now that there was maintenance to the online system they have just said “sorry we can’t help you, go the branch”. Trying. Very hard to be diplomatic and professional. But Caitlyn and Kelly, you are ****ming people.

30 minutes drive through
Fourways crossing branch, 3 March 14:21. We sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. That is ridiculous. We couldn’t get out as there were cars behind us, we had to sit it out. Would give zero stars if I could.

NEW CONTRACT AND DEVICE
The worst experience ever! I have been approved for a contract and device and have yet to receive anything. This has been going on for over a month! Customer service is awful and been transferred from pillar to post. Been given reference number after reference number and promised to be called back. Alicia Murugan and Wanda, you are the worst employees ever! I asked to speak to someone senior and the useless employees refuse to transfer me. I literally want to give my money to mtn and they don't want it. I don't know where we are in the process, so I am scared to reach out to an alternate network. CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME!

Valentines day spent in pigsty - Movies@Monte
Movies@Monte what an absolute freaking joke. After booking my tickets two months ago for the much anticipated 50 Shades of Grey, I had to sit a pigsty on my romantic night out for Valentine's Day. I'm not one to make a scene, however after seeing the state of the theatre I decided to find a manager before the movie started to have a chat about their thilthy Il Grande theatre. The 'manager' didn't really give a damn and with such attitude asked me what I would like him to do \send the cleaning crew in to clean my seat". He also said I could get a full refund after the show...that's not the point. This is your job. Have you no pride. First experience at this movie theatre was just as much of a disaster with our movie stopping and having to go back and rewind the Hunger Games. Not only that"
