Please be careful!
Please be careful. I took my phone in to have the battery replaced. They damaged my speaker and the LCD screen. I can no longer use my phone and need to go and buy a new one. They glued my sim cards into the phone and I had to take it back to be removed. I took it back but they could not fix what they broke.

Please be careful. I took my phone in to have the battery replaced. They damaged my speaker and the LCD screen. I can no longer use my phone and need to go and buy a new one. Bad Service
I had a screen protector fitted to my phone and then censor didn't work after that. As I was traveling to Knysna I had to replace the protector there because it was fitted wrong way around that's why censor didn't work. When I went back to swift I was informed they don't refund and no guarantee. Pathetic service and they wont see me again.

Bad Service

WORST SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF MAN KIND
Worst service ever. Never ever in my life have I seen such lake of respect for clients. Very good at making promises and once you start following up on those promises u get mistreated. If you are up for a run around and have someone waste your time and be lied to straight in your face by someone u have entrusted with your valuable gadgets Swift cell city is the place to be.

WORST SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF MAN KIND
Worst service ever. Never ever in my life have I seen such lake of respect for clients. Very good at making promises and once you start following up on those promises u get mistreated. If you are up for a run around and have someone waste your time and be lied to straight in your face by someone u have entrusted with your valuable gadgets Swift cell city is the place to be.

Dishonest and pathetic service.
Worst experience EVER! Swift cell city at the Hypermarket in Brackenfell is the wort Ever! Paid R900 to have my screen replaced, went to pick it up the following day to see that the screen was installed incorrectly hanging over the top edge and a gap at the bottom. Returning the phone the next day to get it installed correctly. When I picked it up after their second Attempt to install my screen correctly after collection. I found that the screen had a flickering "bright and dimming" . Damaged by the technician when he tried to remove and reposition the screen correctly. All this over a period of 3 days. When I took it back to them on the 3rd day they advised that the flickering was caused by me dropping the phone. Thay charged me another R450 to fix the damage they caused by not installing the screen CORRECTLY in the first place. Absolutely dishonest and not taking accountability for their mess. Will NOT recommend them to anyone EVER! Watch out.
