I am very dissapointed in the service received from Natalie at Kia Brackenfell. I took my car for diagnostic test last week Monday, 30th November 2023. Paid for the test and got the report of all the faults. I have a extended warrenty and maintenance plan that cover some of the repairs and Natalie was supposed to contact my ensurer to get the final authority and that was it. When I phoned again on Thursday she was busy and I was told she will get back to me and Friday I phoned again and she was not available. This is now Thuesday and I am still waiting for her to return my call or to inform me when I can book my car. Is such bad service realy necessarily or is good service only for customers with new Kia's?
Very happy staff but I was asked to take my car for valuation but one month later still waiting for my sms with details. No reply on my email so whats the chance of getting helped swiftly if I do have a claim? Sure they can do better then that.
Make sure you get the deal that was sold to you. What I got and service I bought does not match. There are better more honest deals available elseware......just saying
Hedgestone assets is a scam. They steal your investment. You wont be able to withdraw any funds.
The most pathetic service ever received. Paid for parts but a month later still waiting. No call or update. When I called Kia the response, we waiting on parts. Suppose management is just as bad as there staff.
I booked a eye test, that was on special, for my wife. It was advertised for R2290 but when I paid the total was 2790. R500 was added for some extra and my wife and I still don't know what was extra. If you advertise a price then one should keep the price unless we, the customer, agree on any extras.
Worst service I ever received. Took almost six weeks to finalized my claim. Very dissapointed.
Well I am a new client but my intro with Nicholas Mkhonza was out of this world. He is very proffesional and it was a pleasure to have him talking me through the whole process. Sure I will walk a long way with Motorhappy.
I had a screen protector fitted to my phone and then censor didn't work after that. As I was traveling to Knysna I had to replace the protector there because it was fitted wrong way around that's why censor didn't work. When I went back to swift I was informed they don't refund and no guarantee. Pathetic service and they wont see me again.
Be careful when you look at insurance. They all offer these fantastic service and while you pay they smile but just file a claim then the true colors are shown.
