I’m extremely dissatisfied with Swift Plumbing. While they respond quickly, their pricing is absolutely ridiculous. They charged me over R7,000 to fix a toilet and replace a stop valve. I had to argue to get the amount reduced and still ended up paying more than R5,000.

This is pathetic service — not because of the work, but because of the blatant overcharging. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated case. They inflate prices and don’t even stick to their quotes.

⚠️ My advice: Always get multiple quotes before using them. I would not recommend Swift Plumbing to anyone.
