It's Over a month now awaiting my Tax Clearance Certificate. I paid and ever since no communication at all. Emailed info & Amber with no luck. Does this company even exist even whatsapp two ticks that doesn't get read. I am starting to think I have been ****med by this Swift Reg company if it's even a company.

Disappointed and frustrated with Swift Reg, regarding their lack of IsiXhosa speaking staff and their overall poor customer service. On Monday, 23rd September, My father visited Swift Reg offices at N1 City to seek assistance with his companies. He cannot speak English fluently but has 6 companies registered under the previous owner Douglas Van Der Merwe. Unfortunately he was not assisted as there was no one at the office that could speak IsiXhosa. My father returned home without being assisted with regards to his companies, feeling disrespected and unappreciated. It is clear that Swift Reg does not recognize or appreciate their IsiXhosa speaking clients. This is extremely discriminating and undermining. I urge Black people to re consider using this company's services as they are not being catered to in terms of language assistance. I hold the new ownership responsible for this shift in behavior and service quality. Swift Reg need to re evaluate its treatment to customers who do not or cannot speak English fluently. This type of behavior has no place in South Africa.

Firstly I am not one to bring down any business, provided the Business is run with proper Ethics and Principals. Swift Reg in Capetown was meant to do my Vat applications, payment was made in December 2023, and up until 07 February 2024, I was fed with all sorts of excuses.ie the vat was rejected for various reasons and this is on 2 occasions.I personally called SARS and they stated an application was never done by Amber! I called Amber and she was arrogant and full of excuses again. Why she lie ?I have no idea.I emailed Douglas the owner and requested a refund and with no further questions, the refund was granted.I then got someone else to do my registration and within a day i received the VAT Number. Please guys be careful when dealing with Swift Reg.Amber is a **** and she has not even to date sent the case numbers or correspondence to state that the application was in fact done. Amber is bad news be careful when dealing with her.
