The products are great but the delivery and customer service is truly terrible.
I've been waiting over two weeks for my delivery to arrive. I ordered products during Swiitch Week in November.
They use CourierIt as their courier. The Waybill was created on 1 December (It's now the 13th). This is the fourth day that I've gotten a message from the courier to say that delivery will happen today. I'm still waiting.
When I got in touch with Swiitch Beauty's customer service representative to assist, her advice to me was to telephone the CourierIt Cape Town depot and told me that I could find their number on Google. Literally the worst customer service I've ever received.
