Silly sign in protocols. I can not see what I typed in for a pass word. This results in being blocked out of the site. It says you will be blocked for an hour and then you are blocked for 24 hours. Also, I dare the CEO to try and read and recognize the numbers their website puts up to prove you are human. Very frustrating. Their call centre staff needs training. CEO should be fired to miss such basic things.
