Silly sign in protocols. I can not see what I typed in for a pass word. This results in being blocked out of the site. It says you will be blocked for an hour and then you are blocked for 24 hours. Also, I dare the CEO to try and read and recognize the numbers their website puts up to prove you are human. Very frustrating. Their call centre staff needs training. CEO should be fired to miss such basic things.
Hi, I have been holding on with the Takealot customer care number for almost 30 minutes now. Can Takealot please call me about order number MRRN-45NZY-G 89777551. This is not accceptable guys.

I wasted an hour to try and amend my DSTV subscription. I tried on the website. I phoned after 08:00 in the morning to the call centre. I tried the whatsap system. None, none of it works. So, can Multichoice please explain to South Africa how it is that their systems suddenly does not work if one wants to downgrade your subscription. Is this on purpose DSTV? Guess what, if I cant downgrade then I simply not pay and do without DSTV.
Can Nedbank Buseniss Banking please help with a form to add a new user. Antoinette from the Somerset West Branch does not know and Dion Brown, who reports to the CEO of Nedbank, Mike Brown is not helpful either. Can somebody from business banking help please. We just want to add a further user.
