So it happens again!!!!
So it happens again!!!! I have been waiting for a certain Abdul to call me back, he promised to give me a call back on december 18 and latest being 19th and guess what? 10 days have passed with no call back from him, I have sent out an email and the generic response being "we will let him know". insuring my gadgets with these guys was the easiest thing to do but when it comes to claims? you will have to sweat and threaten bad reviews in order to get some assistance, it is quite saddening. I am quite disappointed

29 Dec 2025, 11:54I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nonku Mapitiza, who gave me a call today and resolved my claim within minutes. I almost lost it when she said she is taking over from the previous guy and I thought I will need to re start the whole claim process but she assured me that she has everything and would like to conclude on the claim! She honestly made my day as I was going out of my mind as a workout instructor, my watch is my tool that assists me and having went almost a month without one has been stressful! She went above and beyond for me and resolved the matter in a short span of time, it is people like her who would make me want to go back to a company for their services and especially customer care!! You Rock Nonku
