So it happens again!!!! I have been waiting for a certain Abdul to call me back, he promised to give me a call back on december 18 and latest being 19th and guess what? 10 days have passed with no call back from him, I have sent out an email and the generic response being "we will let him know". insuring my gadgets with these guys was the easiest thing to do but when it comes to claims? you will have to sweat and threaten bad reviews in order to get some assistance, it is quite saddening. I am quite disappointed
I would give zero stars if I could. I submitted a claim on January 1, 2025, with all the required documents for my smartphone, today it is the 13th of Feb 2025, and I still do not have a replacement or a payout for my claim! It has been a week since the assessor(Frans) said he is concluding his investigation and have not heard back from him since then, it could be that he has not called or maybe he called and could not get through as I am currently out of the country but no email or any other means of communication. I had to travel without getting a replacement or payout so I can replace my phone and already this has made my trip even horrible! The fact that I still have other valuables insured with you guys is giving me sleepless nights because it means should I lose or break my valuables, I will be experiencing this long delay in processing my claim! best believe I will be reaching out to the Insurance ombudsman when I get back because why am I even still paying for the same device that has since been removed from my profile and your explanation of that does not even make sense
If there a negative star I would give it to them, how are they even in business with the amount of negative rating people are leaving here? The polokwane branch is the worst branch even. The switchboard number transferred my call knowing very well that the branch is closed. The driver was supposed to be here before 5pm, it is after 5pm now and still no communication whatsoever and I am still waiting for him! I had to cancel my plans for today to wait for him and I guess I will need to stop my day again tomorrow as well for him! THE WORST EVER! Even post office was better than this
The worst logistics company to ever exist! I have been waiting for the delivery the whole day today as per the details provided on the sms and their tracking system. I called very early in the morning to inquire about a delivery time as I have to go to work and they just advised me that it will not be possible to confirm delivery time I just have to wait and the driver is on his way to deliver my package. I took an unpaid leave to wait for the so called driver and I can surely confirm with you that there is no driver that came to my house, I called Skynet and the girl that I spoke to said she is calling to find out where the driver is only for her to disconnect the call on me after holding for over 26 minutes while she checks with the driver. No communication, none whatsoever to at least tell me that there is a delay or maybe the driver will do delivery tomorrow. They call centre does not work after 5 and you are basically stuck in limbo with no information on delivery and all that, if it was not because I am in need of my phone i would be refusing delivery and be contacting every party involved with the delivery of my device. They must just close shop cos reviews don’t lie and I don’t get why Insrap and Avtel are still using their services even with such horrible services
I have sent through my proof of payments, however the person who was assisting me has went awol, its getting late and i need to sleep, kindly cancel my lease and assist me with my full refund if this is a mission for you to do
I am renting a flat at Frank & Hirsch 408, today I get a call to say I haven't paid rent but I sent proof to the landlord there to say I paid my rent on the 29th of November 17 already, now my flat is locked and my electricity has been shut, my food will probably spoil and they wont care once they have seen their mistake, I am highly disappointed and I would like to cancel my lease and have my full refund since they are on breach of contract, am I supposed to sleep outside whereas I have paid my rent? Now your cheeky and rude building manager don't even tell me that my proof of payment was never sent to the credit controller
I requested a downgrade to the lowest package because i cannot afford it anymore and i was told i have to wait for my contract to end sometime in 2018, i am already in 3 months arrears because i cant afford! poor poor poor services and bad company
<p>Daylight Robbery, i joined College SA in March 2017 to my good surprise i receive 1 course study material the following day, i didnt pay a registration fee nor anything but already i received my study material, today im told i owe R4040 for my course but in the month of April i opted to cancel as i lost my source of extra income, they said an agent will call me until date no one has, they sent me a demand letter saying i have to pay or else they will hand me over i have never received any other study material and they took a month to mark my business assignment more reasons why i wanted to cancel !! i rather pay a lawyer and i sue them than i pay them you cannot rob people like this </p>
