Hi Bonolo,
Communication was sent out to all Switch clients on 1 and 12 December, notifying them that Switch policies will be canceled due to a strategic business decision made by Santam. On 19 December, a second notice went out, granting an extension to 31 January. This is why your policy has been canceled. During this transition, all Switch clients were given the opportunity to move their cover rover to Santam Direct.
