I've been paying insurance for the past 2 years. And it was cancelled without me requesting cancelation
I regret not checking hello Peter before spending so much on their course. The marking system is *****. The course is split up into 3 levels for software engineering. Level 1 went well because they would grade me properly by giving me the exact score I got for the task, that is between 0-100%. Level 2 and 3 started getting reviews unaccompanied by marks. I logged more than 5 incidents complaining about this but no change. A few times, they took a week to 2 to mark my work and they did they wouldn't allocate a mark. I am not at the end of my course and spent days asking for a mark of the pending 1 task. Instead, they went silent and keep advertising for course extension. It gives me the impression that the delay is on purpose. I don't have my certificate, I have a passing average of +80% and 100% work done but 1 task not marked. I wasted my hard earned money and will definitely be telling all my friends about the experience on and offline. I'm disappointed and feel ******.
I logged sent an application and payed to have my qualifications reviewed. They then told me I needed to pay Hedd so that it can give them access to my qualifications, I had 2 weeks to do this. Which I did 24 hours later, sent proof, got the results access before 2 weeks notice, and made sure that they are notified SAQA as well. They then went silent for 2 weeks. I tried calling before the end of my notice but had no luck. I sent an another email to make sure that they hadn't missed the old one but still no response because they have a backlog. Last night at 23:27 PM 4 Nov 2024 they sent me an email stating that my case was closed and I will not get a refund because I failed to submit on time. SAQA is a **** and has poor customer service. This unprofessional for an institution that is supposed to handle qualifications that are all about profession.

Take it then they automatically return it and add interest. These transactions would take place in random dates of the month. I cancelled order 141417 ( placed on 06/10/2020) within less than 24 hours of placing it and asked for a refund as I was no longer interested in the product. They asked for my banking details however they went silent from then on ward. Fast forward few days later, I was surprised to still have courrier guy showing up at my door step for delivery. I didn't accept the product as I would like to get a refund and clearly stated it on previous emails.
