COMPLIMENT - I had a great experience with Noxolo Ndayi from Syntell.
I had to request for a refund of an electricity voucher which did not load due to a technical issue linked to my meter. I initially spoke to Shakeel and he logged the initial call to have the money debited from my credit card in purchase of that electricity voucher refunded back to me. The call stayed open for 48hrs even though I was advised it would be a 24hr TAT.
When I called back in I spoke to Noxolo Ndayi, who immediately advised that the delay was caused by the technical error and she had to escalate to PEC for resolution of that first so that I could thereafter be refunded. She lodged the escalation and even though it took a further 2 business days to resolve, Noxolo ensured to call me on each day to offer an update and to ensure that the refund received priority attention due to the delay. Just got my refund today and also received an email from Noxolo advising of the same.
Really very pleased with how she managed to turn around my customer experience and took responsibility to ensure that my request was finalised expeditiously and without any further pain. She is indeed a great reflection of Syntell and its commitment to offer quality service to all its customers.
