I tried calling but the automated service SUCK! Can I please talk to a human?!
My debit order always goes off on the 5th of every month. I upgraded on the 15th of March. I chose my new debit order for the 1st of every month. Today is 27 March 2025.
Telkom, please explain why you blocked my account and phone. I am not able to make any phone calls.
I tried the online website, but the dashboard provides no information on why my phone was just blocked!
This is the type of stupid thing that is contributing to the downfall of Telkom.
Please assist and fix this ridiculous situation on your side!!
