I tried calling but the automated service SUCK! Can I please talk to a human?! My debit order always goes off on the 5th of every month. I upgraded on the 15th of March. I chose my new debit order for the 1st of every month. Today is 27 March 2025. Telkom, please explain why you blocked my account and phone. I am not able to make any phone calls. I tried the online website, but the dashboard provides no information on why my phone was just blocked! This is the type of stupid thing that is contributing to the downfall of Telkom. Please assist and fix this ridiculous situation on your side!!

My fibre connection is good, thank you. I now need to cancel because I'm relocating in September. The customer portal only gives me the option to cancel from 1 November 2023. I am on a month-to-month contract. I also tried to phone vox to assist me... a waste of time, no answer. Please assist.
Home loan / Mortgage Life Protection Plan For two years my Home loan d/o was taken from my account without any problem. My mortgage life protection plan is included in this d/o. This morning we received an SMS stating that my mortgage life protection plan was cancelled due to the amount not being collected. My statements clearly indicate that my d/o was collected. I phoned FNB but they are unwilling to assist me and said they did not receive any payment. Clearly, the mistake is on their side and without any communication, they just cancelled my mortgage life protection plan. The consultant was very rude and did nothing to assist. Please assist FNB!!!

Please help! Phone call after phone call after phone call with NO help! Hours of holding the line and listening to music, wasting my time! My car was stolen and my account was settled. All I need is a paid-up letter so I am able to finance my new vehicle (that is also financed through Wesbank, so they are wasting their own time and money) but they are playing the blaming game, telling me that Outsurance needs to request documents from them to be able to assist me. Outsurance has done an excellent job assisting me and they requested these documents on the 5th of August, the 11th of August (today) and they have spoken to Wesbank over the phone! Please Wesbank...I need a paid-up letter to be able to finance my new vehicle so that I am able to drive to work!!
