Truworths reject and poor service

I've purchased a pair of Truworths Grey High tops size 7, on the 7th June 2021. Had it returned more than 11 days ago. The shoes were hurting my fiance everytime he wore them that I had to have his feet soaked. His toes are scared and open because if this. It was taken into evaluation and was returned declined. I've paid cash for this purchase after your BaysideMall branch could not read my credit balance. They told me I could not purchase because I had R49 remaining when it was actually R400 and something. Then I paid with my business card.

The service offered has been disgusting.

I would like my money back or atleast a voucher for this terrible shoes.
