I've purchased a pair of Truworths Grey High tops size 7, on the 7th June 2021. Had it returned more than 11 days ago. The shoes were hurting my fiance everytime he wore them that I had to have his feet soaked. His toes are scared and open because if this. It was taken into evaluation and was returned declined. I've paid cash for this purchase after your BaysideMall branch could not read my credit balance. They told me I could not purchase because I had R49 remaining when it was actually R400 and something. Then I paid with my business card. The service offered has been disgusting. I would like my money back or atleast a voucher for this terrible shoes.
Good day, I've had an unauthorized debit on my account on the 07 October 2020. Ive done a screenshot of the deduction of R515.55, emailed FNB and reported on the online FNB App. I have then called into the call center. Apparently they cannot pick this up. I also now cannot find it. How is this at all possible. No one is willing to respond via email or call me. This is terrible service. Thank you Kim
Good day, On the 05th October, I've placed and order through uber eats for a large McDonald's delivery. R300 was deducted but no order delivered or order received by McDonald's Parklands. I have emailed but received no response. I need my money refunded immediately but cannot get hold of them.
On the 4th January 2018, my cell phone got stolen by one of the checkers staff in the communal restrooms in Bayside mall, Tableview. The mall security picked up the footage of the checkers staff member existing the restroom with the phone in her hand. Security then went to see Bailey, branch manager. A search was done in the staff members locker etc but nothing was found. The staff member was on a lunch break at the time of the incident. Ive then also approuched Mr Bailey to ask what the consequences would be for the staff and that she should either return my phone or re-imburse me. His response was that he cannot do anything about it, as there was nothing found on her. And that video footage is not admissible in court. I find it very sad that no action will be taken again this employee. Does this attitude say that its ok to steal from a customer should this have happened in checkers? The staff member was in uniform and on duty. .. I am a single mother with 2 kids, and a cellphone cannot be replaced. So i hereby would like to know from Checkers Head Office whether anyone is taking responsibility for the staff members action and for my loss of my samsung phone i purchased a month ago....
