Bad service
Very bad experience, I'm starting to suspect that this company is a ****. No customer care, no response and very unprofessional depot manager's behavior. You try all the channels of communication but they just ignore your messages. I bought a 4L flask through a depot manager and she sent one that is not even closing. She is very rude to a point where she said I am a *****, I pulled that cap. I never felt so disrespected by a so called manager. At this point, I want nothing to do with them. They can just arrange a courier to come and take it and refund me.

It appears that there's nothing wrong with the company and the entire staff that I communicated with afterwards, now the matter is resolved today, 13th of March 2026. I would like to give thanks to Estelle Hartman who made sure that she helps me from yesterday until today. She is the best, if possible I can just give her 10 stars. Pretoria shop staff, thank you very much. Your warm welcome made me realize that this company is legit. Thank you AGAIN Estelle.
