Im a new manager i once had a problem reagarding my business builder couldnt access her app n wanted to also upload her banking details..i then contacted table charm customer care and i was reffered to Lebo.she made sure that she communicate well and also made a follow up...even when she couldnt get hold of my business builder she called me again n asked for my business builder new number and finally she was helped and her app was fixed and her banking details..Lebo was so patient n very humble tank you..

Thank you for contact but I'm trying to make contact with you guys still no answer i was told that my delivery will come today but still didn't receive delivery code our tracking number why must I come till here to get you attention even temu is quicker then you guys and that company is in china .🤬

At this moment I'm very angry I called it take all my airtime no one answered Whatsapp the same log a call no on call you back send a email never got a email back I wonder if there is even people work I made a deposit for a phone 6 days ago still waiting on message or feedback I hope you guys can respond to the because yoh this is to make a person f angry at this moment I don't even want the phn any more just give back my money 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very bad experience, I'm starting to suspect that this company is a ****. No customer care, no response and very unprofessional depot manager's behavior. You try all the channels of communication but they just ignore your messages. I bought a 4L flask through a depot manager and she sent one that is not even closing. She is very rude to a point where she said I am a *****, I pulled that cap. I never felt so disrespected by a so called manager. At this point, I want nothing to do with them. They can just arrange a courier to come and take it and refund me.

If I could give this a minus score trust me I would. I took a phone through Table Charm Mobile and it has been debating monthly now for the 2nd month. Yesterday I got a blocked phone message despite the debit order successfully going off on the 26th Feb. I have been trying to call their contact centre and I have been holding for more than an hour on two occasions with no avail. Ive sent emails, I've sent whatsapp texts there is simply no response. What a pathetic servic

Started out horribly. I could not get through to the call centre, but once I did, my experience was completely turned around. Andiswa was very helpful and informative. I don't believe in perfect scores hence the 4.5 stars 😉

Good day I've been trying to get a refund from Tablecharm for almost 2 months now. I was asked to send my bank details and proof of account as well as proof that I paid them. I did all that and still no positive feedback. Last week I received an email saying this case will be closed how on earth can it be closed if the last message from a call centre agent said they will contact me with feedback and that was last Thursday. On Saturday I received an email saying case will be closed. I haven't received my refund nor feedback so how can the case be closed???? Pathetic customer service to say the least!!!!
