Bad service
Very bad experience, I'm starting to suspect that this company is a ****. No customer care, no response and very unprofessional depot manager's behavior. You try all the channels of communication but they just ignore your messages. I bought a 4L flask through a depot manager and she sent one that is not even closing. She is very rude to a point where she said I am a *****, I pulled that cap. I never felt so disrespected by a so called manager. At this point, I want nothing to do with them. They can just arrange a courier to come and take it and refund me.

Bad service

DO NOT TAKE A TC MOBILE PHONE!!!!
If I could give this a minus score trust me I would. I took a phone through Table Charm Mobile and it has been debating monthly now for the 2nd month. Yesterday I got a blocked phone message despite the debit order successfully going off on the 26th Feb. I have been trying to call their contact centre and I have been holding for more than an hour on two occasions with no avail. Ive sent emails, I've sent whatsapp texts there is simply no response. What a pathetic servic

Pleasantly surprised.
Started out horribly. I could not get through to the call centre, but once I did, my experience was completely turned around. Andiswa was very helpful and informative. I don't believe in perfect scores hence the 4.5 stars 😉

Terrible customer support services.
The customer support for this company is absolutely horrible. I've been waiting for a call from someone named Thato, who is supposed to help me. No one has called me yet and I don't seem to get through to any help. I'm even considering closing my business account with them. I can't afford to make enemies with my loyal customers. Table Charm and their call centre agents are the worst. P.s. This does not include Andiswa and Phola. They have been really patient and helpful with me.

Dissappointed
Good day I've been trying to get a refund from Tablecharm for almost 2 months now. I was asked to send my bank details and proof of account as well as proof that I paid them. I did all that and still no positive feedback. Last week I received an email saying this case will be closed how on earth can it be closed if the last message from a call centre agent said they will contact me with feedback and that was last Thursday. On Saturday I received an email saying case will be closed. I haven't received my refund nor feedback so how can the case be closed???? Pathetic customer service to say the least!!!!

I had a great experience with tablecharm technical team and specifically Andiswa. I was really sceptical at first with ordering from them but now I can confidently say that they are probably the best. Not only is their products great quality, they have great technical support like Andiswa who was professional, reassuring, and handled my concerns with care. I really appreciated her proactive approach and the way she provided clear, helpful responses. She really does know how to handle customers. A huge 5 star rating from both my mom and I.
