If I could give this a minus score trust me I would. I took a phone through Table Charm Mobile and it has been debating monthly now for the 2nd month. Yesterday I got a blocked phone message despite the debit order successfully going off on the 26th Feb. I have been trying to call their contact centre and I have been holding for more than an hour on two occasions with no avail. Ive sent emails, I've sent whatsapp texts there is simply no response. What a pathetic servic
I have a case where my Mr D Food app was hacked and I am super unhappy about how its been handled. I had a credit on my app and when I wanted to use it, I saw that it was no longer there and an order had been made and collected in Johannesburg(I live in East London), I immediately called Mr D , my number had been changed(supposedly by the hacker) and I was told my case would be followed up on. 2 weeks went by and I thought should log on and see the progress, I had been deactivated from my account(no feedback given). I call again, and the lady said I should just use another email address and activate another account. How???? THERE IS STILL AN ISSUE OF MY ACCOUNT BEING COMPROMISED AND MY CREDIT BEING USED. THEY DECIDE TO DEACTIVATE ME WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME. THEIR STAFF USED THIS CREDIT AND ARE JUST COVERING IT
I was about 6 years old when my mom installed her kitchen cupboards and added Defy appliances: a Defy double-door oven, stove, and cooker hood (extractor). I am now 40 years old, and those appliances still work 100% and have never been serviced. This inspired me to use nothing but Defy. I trust Defy with my life.
If there was an option to give zero stars, trust me I would. I was offered a settlement discount after which I was informed that I could terminate my account after paying. I paid the amount and sent a POP immediately after which I asked for my contract to be terminated. I am still getting calls and they have not stopped billing. I get daily harassment texts and calls telling me I'm owing again after stating I need my account terminated as I no longer have the vehicle in question.
My daughter fell ill in February at around 9pm, I had to call an ambulance in . The ambulance took her to Life St Dominic's hospital where she was kept overnight for observation , after a few hours the doctors decided to admit her. Because Life St Dominic's had no beds, they transferred her to their sister hospital Life East London Private Hospital. She spent just over a week . When it came to paying the med aid played hide and seek . I was told some PMS forms were sent to the treating doctor. A guy called Taariq from Discovery called me and I asked , is there anything I can do to help with this PMS form they are needing to fast track the process, he told me "No they usually handle it when it's reached that investigation". Now I'm getting calls from the attending doctor and the hospital with claims to blacklist me. I am of the view that if you are doing your investigation then it is your job to follow up on the investigation and it should not be that when you are not getting the feedback, I the person who has no part in the investigation should be liable. I am going to take this to court if I have to. I cannot be held accountable for your failure to follow up on an investigation you started just because you do not want to pay. My credit profile will not suffer because of this
The most pathetic service I have ever received!!! My friend warned me about them and I decides to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered flowers for my daughter in hospital on Saturday the 18th Feb as early as 9:30 with delivery scheduled to be on the same day. Its now Monday, 20th February 15:45 and no sign of flowers. No email from them explaining why delivery has not taken place, I have to spend money making phonecalls to them while they tell me every lie under the sun!!!!
FNB is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. SARS paid into my account my tax return(after being up in arms with SARS for three months) and FNB froze the funds sighting that the funds breached their security policies. Told me it would take 48 hrs to resolve and I neefed to cobtact SARS so they can verify the funds. I call SARS and they confirm that the funds were due to me even sending me a statement. FNB has sent the money back to SARS whom i struggled with in the first place. On top if that they debited my account with that amount and my account wss left overdrawn. After numerous phonecalls of being sent from pillar to post(from risk, legal, fraud) my account was adjusted to have a positive balance again. To say im dissapointed in FNB would be an understatement. Ive had fraudulent debit orders in my account and they have never been this strict in tracking them. Now, money due to me is considered fraudulent. I am packing my account and leaving them!!!
I am having the worst experience dealing with SARS. First of all my return took more than 3 months to be correcrly filed. Now they have paid my refund and the bank has made the funds uncleared and SARS has to confirm them before they can clear them. The numbera they gave me to call are unanswered and go straight to voicemail, the email i have sent has not been replied to for 3 days. THIS IS PATHETIC!!! IF ROLES WERE REVERSED THEY WOULD HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE MY LIFE A LIVING HELL
I am yet to experience such bad service from a courier company in my life. The worst of it is the lies!!!! So on June 14 I was supposed to received my FNB card. I cancelled all my plans so I could ve home to receive my card. I receive three messages on at 7am confirming that my card would indeed be delivered on the day. I sit the whole day with no sight of a delivery van. I receive an sms at 15:47 sighting that they are experiencing delays, again at 17:11 they send the same message. At 21:09 they send an sms saying they were unable to deliver due to my unavailability!!!!! What the hell??? What unavailability when I have been sitting at home the whole day waiting for them???? This morning, June 15. I receive a call from them saying they would like to arrange delivery in 3-5 days!!!!!!!!! How?????? If they were supposed to deliver my card yesterday and they couldnt due to whatever reasojs, why cant they deliver it the next day??? Why do I have to wait a further 5 days because they experienced delays from their side! The nerve to lie on top of it and say i was unavailable when I have proof in form of smses they sent saying they are experiencing delays!!!! The Jamie lady i spoke with this morning said she was going to speak to her supervisor when i asked why i couldn't get my card immediately. Its been 3 hours!!!!!!!!
I have written so many emails regarding an increase on my funeral policy and i have called the customer service line so many times i have lost count. My policy is being increased twice in less than 3 months and the contract that i signed says premiums will be increased yearly. MARK MY WORDS I AM TAKING YOU TO FSCA
