Very bad experience, I'm starting to suspect that this company is a ****. No customer care, no response and very unprofessional depot manager's behavior. You try all the channels of communication but they just ignore your messages. I bought a 4L flask through a depot manager and she sent one that is not even closing. She is very rude to a point where she said I am a *****, I pulled that cap. I never felt so disrespected by a so called manager. At this point, I want nothing to do with them. They can just arrange a courier to come and take it and refund me.

One day I realized that someone opened an account *****ulently using my name. When I was checking from Credit bureau the account was opened on the 23 of January 2023 for the amount that is currently R18 000. I emailed vodacom reporting that I never opened an account with them, unfortunately I haven't received any response. I need help as this reflects negatively on my credit status.
I took a funeral cover with them by May and I canceled it around June. They already took the first premium from my employer by the time of cancelation. Instead of getting refund, they took a second premium for the amount of R411. I kept on asking about my refund and I received the first one. They kept quiet about the outstanding amount and they are not responding to my emails anymore. All I need is this R411 back into my account. Thank you
