Good day
I've been trying to get a refund from Tablecharm for almost 2 months now. I was asked to send my bank details and proof of account as well as proof that I paid them. I did all that and still no positive feedback. Last week I received an email saying this case will be closed how on earth can it be closed if the last message from a call centre agent said they will contact me with feedback and that was last Thursday. On Saturday I received an email saying case will be closed. I haven't received my refund nor feedback so how can the case be closed???? Pathetic customer service to say the least!!!!
