EXCELLENT SERVICE @TAC SHAC
I contacted Lynette @Tac Shac to enquire about the proficiency training / competencies. After receiving the invoice, I was really grateful as the price was totally reasonable for SLR and Shotgun which was a #WIN moment for me. After I went to their offices to do the examination and practical assessments at the range, I was surprised because after only 4 days my results and documentation was ready for collection. Lynette cares for each individual person, is extremely patient and makes you feel at home. Ignores emails / does not repond to orders
Emailed an order through 9 days ago to Lynette at Tac SHAC, email and order was ignored. No response received at all. Disappointing first impression dealing with Tac SHAC.

No service
I purchased a product from Tac Shac and the product did not fit on my specifically named item. After i told the owner, she just said that it is not her problem and she will not refund or give me any other product as replacement. I send the useless items back to the company on my own costs because i could do nothing with it. The purchase price was more than R2000 and the owner does not even reply on my request at all anymore. This is the worse service ever and no client service at all.

One of the best places, expertly run.
I am not into Guns and Self Defense, yet my boyfriend is. We went to Tac Shac last year and it was amazing. Honestly, the best service I have ever received. You are greeted with a warm welcome, offered coffee and pleasant, intelligent conversation. They are beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Unlike other gun related companies, Tac Shac knows what they are talking about without the \big man"complex you normally receive with gun companies. As far as I am aware it is run by women. They do competition shooting and are more than welcome to have anyone join them. They are above all"
