I am at my wits end. Incredible Connection have been screwing around for a month now. I took my PC in on the 4th of December 2015. It was a floor model sold to me with viruses on it and it being in some stupid retail mode that you cant get out of. I have sent the computer into Ensure 3 times now. The second and third time I drove myself to Ensure because Incredible Connection told me too. My computer is now unusable, things are in Chinese, my graphics card programs have been deleted as well as my gaming center for Asus and Steam (which all come with the PC and are vital!). Ensure have rejected my credit submission because THEY did a software repair. Incredible Connection keep telling me they are phoning and emailing Ensure yet when I go there no emails or calls have been done. They say they will get back to me yet I always end up calling them. This is pathetic!!!! You guys are breaching the Consumer Protection Act! Enough! Its ridiculous! The computer shouldn't have even been sold to me or anyone for that matter. Sort your suppliers and staff out I am sick of doing your staffs job for them!
I am not into Guns and Self Defense, yet my boyfriend is. We went to Tac Shac last year and it was amazing. Honestly, the best service I have ever received. You are greeted with a warm welcome, offered coffee and pleasant, intelligent conversation. They are beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Unlike other gun related companies, Tac Shac knows what they are talking about without the \big man"complex you normally receive with gun companies. As far as I am aware it is run by women. They do competition shooting and are more than welcome to have anyone join them. They are above all"
They have messed up my computer to a point of no return. I took my PC in to be fixed. As brief as I can explain, my PC's screen was replaced even though that wasn't the issue, it was software related and needed to be wiped (which was stated on the service sheet and not done). They then Manually wiped the computer after I sent it in again. The screen was put in wrong with a film left on the LCD. I took it back and it was removed. My computer then got progressively worse in 1 day. Due to the manual wipe, they removed vital programs on the computer like, Steam (which now doesn't work even when I try download it myself), Asus Gaming Center and the most shocking of all, my graphics card control panel and GForce experience. I then demanded a refund from Incredible Connection (which meant they had to work through Ensure again), Ensure then refused to replace the computer as it had gone through SOFTWARE REPAIRS, what? How could you even say that? That is absolutely disgusting, I was so shocked. So now I am at the point of filing a law suit if they don't help me soon. They are breaching the Consumer Protection Act, I am entitled to a new device.
