Good day File no. 1******A, I cannot accept that R3360-00 will not be paid back to !********* ?***** &*****, ID listed is incorrect therefore this non-refundable SLA is null and void. I encourage the accounts department to contact ******** 0********. I expect a favourable outcome regarding the above, as there was a policy change during the term that an individual was residing in the apartment, then the said individual shall qualify for the said policy change which took place in February 2020 and the person was still resident.

<p>I'm extremely upset and irate with the behavior and attitude of the manager Ms Reena I was interested in 4 rooms at Tafta but was given the run around I was told my 4 rooms would be secure for my grandparents if I pay unfront, however I said I would like to at least view the place .I was then told there's a waiting list. Ms Reena is extremely rude and unhelpful. I now have secured and moved my grand parents to Eden Cresent the staff are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.</p>
