“TakenPay Westcliff: A Failed Runway Show of Customer Service”
TakenPay Westcliff is a failed runway show. Staff strut around like models, moving huge crates and walking into customers without apologizing. Tills are chaotic: items overcharged, barcodes unscannable, and correct change rarely given. At the meat counter, “sold out” is the only answer while staff gossip and queues drag on. Meanwhile, the Toti branch is neat, organized, and actually helpful. Westcliff desperately needs management intervention—shopping shouldn’t feel like dodging models and crates in a failed fashion show!

Workers treated unfairly
Take nd pay abortown has used the worker as slaves it does not pay them on time and does no register workers make them work night shift and does not pay them.poor child are been under pay and have no leave no family responsibility.manger shout at the poor workers and say they can be fired anytime yesterday was the pay day but the have not got paid and no commination has been share with most of the worker I'm a worried customer and I like the labour of work to look at this urgently

Take snd pay
Abour crossing Take an pay is my new go to place the store is always kept neat and clean the iles are not crambed plenty of space to move around The meat allooks fresh exelant in all departments I only dislike their parking it was definitely poorly designed amd hope they find a way to change it

Since July there advertising a Goldair 7 Litre Digital Air Fryer at 999 now in September they posted it at R899 on their monthly specials - when going to buy it at Pick n Pay Protea North, Jabulani, Roodepoort and Protea Glen this product is not available where you go on from the 7th of September today is the 5th of September 2025 - they are **** **** ****, when you go get it at Maponya Pick n pay they tell you its not hyper is Supermarket we are being ****med by this shop we support on a daily basis even when times are hard we still purchase with their stores. Feeling very sad about this treatment.
