Take nd pay abortown has used the worker as slaves it does not pay them on time and does no register workers make them work night shift and does not pay them.poor child are been under pay and have no leave no family responsibility.manger shout at the poor workers and say they can be fired anytime yesterday was the pay day but the have not got paid and no commination has been share with most of the worker I'm a worried customer and I like the labour of work to look at this urgently
I have a decor with dstv and a router the amount due to my account is R398.00 I had paid 199.99 in march 7 2025 and dstv charge me again another 199.00 from my account before I have received my router so they said that amount will go towards the pro rata for the router,before that they had upgraded my account to a compact while I'm on a access plan.i have called in and they had revised the amount back to the dstv account. The next month which is April I have paid my decordor 199.00 dstv then have debit my account of R514 which I'm not aware of bcoz I had already paid for the dstv decordor and they where to debit 199.00 for the router the money was then received back to the account,but I had paid 199.00 which the remaining amount was to be 199.00 I had called in to query my Channels been cancelled,I'm owing 635 which I now thing about they explained something I do not understand,the only another due was for the router.im know owing 635 which does not make sense ,dstv ***** people money .I would if the amount remaining was 199.00 for the router not 635.im taking this further should it not be sorted .how did urll come to this amount . Paying for amount that not cover the product they promised.and I still have an outstanding amount of 199 + 199 from march .so how did I owe 635 dstv ****** me and it not fair.may this be resolved I will take the matte to the ombudsman Zandile shezi

Dstv has disconnected my services when we agreed on a payment for the 27th and with like my old package to be removed .but today my services has been disconnected.saying I should pay but I and the agent that I took the contract with that I shall pay 375 month end that includes pro-rata changes. I with like this investigation to be done and my services re- connected. I will take the problem to another platform
Your have been adding additional fee which I'm not aware of and I have been paying different amount which I know nothing about.i have been in communication with yourll to cancel any thing extra but till I have been ask to pay an extra 53 after paying 239 for an access package. Wow ur really *****ulent with people money.i like this matter resolved and all additional things cancel with urgency. The below is. The email ur sent to me. I want my normal package @R129 nothing else as I have paid yesterday R239 for something I don't know and my refund for all the extra charges Kindly note that monthly subscription will Be R152.00 a month, DStv Access package R129.00 decoder insurance on S053685425 at R23.00 a month, However, amount due today is R 53.00 as premiums were reversed for the policies that were cancelled on your DStv account.
