Defective Product

I am very disappointed in the fact that just after 3 years my hair straightener has just stopped working, I take really good care of my belongings, I used the hair straightener once a week or when need be and already it just stopped working, I have a ghd which is much older and still going strong.

Im disappointed in the fact that I paid so much of money and they won't even analyze their product and repair at their own cost.

You guys need to re look at your guarantee policy because your product is no longer up to standard. I would advise people to go with a GHD.
