The service we received is horrid at the fishaways at the gateway mall. I called in and placed an order spoke to Bongani, when I arrived at the store my order was not even placed. I am rushing through my break and the staff at the counter has a don't care laxy dazy attitude. The staff didn't even apologies, I was just told to wait. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service it really impacts ur business.
I ordered a garment from take alot the first purchase was correct but there was a slight defect to it, when I received my replacement it was something totally different and a cheaper quality, when I returned the item as an incorrect product I'm told there is no stocks available so I received my credit. I am going through the site and see the product I originally ordered and I placed the order again only to receive the cheaper quality substitute that they originally sent me. VERY BAD SERVICE, SUPPLIERS DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
Very poor service The incomplete instalation was attempted 2week ago, we still haven't had any feed back from the company, they promise to call you back and they promised the job would have been completed but we are still waiting. NO ONE HELPS YOU, YOU WILL PAY THE INSTALLMENT AND NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.
I am very disappointed in the fact that just after 3 years my hair straightener has just stopped working, I take really good care of my belongings, I used the hair straightener once a week or when need be and already it just stopped working, I have a ghd which is much older and still going strong. Im disappointed in the fact that I paid so much of money and they won't even analyze their product and repair at their own cost. You guys need to re look at your guarantee policy because your product is no longer up to standard. I would advise people to go with a GHD.
