disguested with the product

very disappointed in this product I bought a cloud 9iron in 2016 just after the 1yr guarantee was ova my iron just went dead it didtn fall or anything I hardly use the iron ....I sent an email the last time and I was told that the guarantee is ova ....its not sumtn I paid R100 for I paid R2700 from that time it broke to now I probably used it like 3 / 4 times I emailed cloud 9again and was told they dnt tke back cause the guarantee is ova everyone is complaining about the same problem ...y do we have to pay for sumtn u paid 3000 for which u harldy use n it just went dead
