telkom messed up my contract
good morning telkom f***ckdup my account and now calling the call center they wana get stropy with me i want this sorted asap on my 0837026849 number i get 80gig telkom swopped my account the other number on my contract gets the 80gig and i get the 8gig whoever messed up and switched even my e sim is not working i want it sorted now

good day im a policy holder been paying sonce june 2024 my vehicle is currently at toyota for few things im being told that its on hold bec of no payment 2 payments never went off no1 told me 3 march they deducted and hav canceled my policy its either they reinstate my policy or i want all my money back from jume 2024

hi my mother is 70years old she bought a iron at game sumtime last year march the iron doesnt want to go on and she cannot find the slip shes moved houses and cannot seem to find her slip . please can you assist with helping her with the iron without slip as shes old ,,its a philips 2000w she paid R379.00..i called game but they been puting me through to differrnt ppl evertime im trying to help my mother which cannot do this herself

vodacom has handed me ova i paid them they kept deducting and i was done paying them now they want me to get a statement for a year to shw proof n they knw what they deducted i told them i refuse to get a statment as im not goin to pay for a statement i want this sorted i want my money els im goine to the newspapers...i email and the lady basetsana keep deleting my emails

ive complained lastweek somone one of vodacom called me to say they sending me a form i need to complete but nothing on my email i keep calling calling no 1 is able to help all is so useless spoke to a lady chuma today at 1413 lord this one doesnt know what shes doing there i have to explain myself ova n ova im now tired i just want my MONEY ELSE IM TAKING IT FURTHER

vodacom has handed me over some years ago for something they didnt do anyway they deducted every month R100 from my acc when then few months ago i cntated them to check what the balance was and they told me im paid up long ago but they still deducted....i was told i need to get a 3months statement so they can just see that they deducted i did that i was then told i need to get a statment from april 2023 i contacted the bank they told me i need to go on app n get statment from each month from april 23 which is R10 per month i am def not going to do that as im not paying to get statments they decucted n know hwmuch they deducted so i want my money else im taking this futher

went into kenilworth fnb , opend my account again gave all documents etc go new card sat for an hour wen i wanted to swipe it said decline , cnt even transfer money , went to ottery branch days ago the lady told me my accoun is frozen cause i need proof of address , when i had all these documents at kenilworth y didnt they do what needs to be done its embarassing to swipe n ur card gets declned the lady askd me for proof of address at ottery gave her she then tel me she need a statement not an invoice with my detials on so what is a proof of address then , they were to in a rush to go home i feel like closing my account aswell as my kids
