Refusal of the paid up letter
I have paid up my loan two years ago, and the owner of the company is swearing and refusing to send me a paid up letter. This is so frustrating as it affecting my life

TAKEALOT SUPPOSED MANAGEMENT ARE WORSE ****S THAN THE SERVICE STAFF. BAD MANAGEMENT BAD STAFF... ******* COMPANY
omg the lies continue, AZEEM HOOSAIN, SISEKILE AND SESETHU ARE USELESS PATHETIC IRRITATING UNTRAINED ******S WHO DO NOT KNOW THEIR JOBS... today i get a call from someone unknown, apparently in charge, the line was so bad i never got her name. Her promise was to email management to sort out the problem. It has now been 2 hours and she still has not sent the email as promised. this company has nothing but lies!!! her promise is that takealot always looks after customers, however, go to hello peter where 1000s of people have complained and NOT ONCE HAS TAKEALOT ANSWERED. TAKEALOT only stands for TAKEALOT OF YOUR MONEY AND GIVES YOU ******* AND TAKES YOUR MONEY!!!! ****S ******* AND ******. FRED ZIETSMAN IS A SMUG IRRITATING **** WHO LIVES OFF THE CITIZENS OF SOUTH AFRICA AND *****S THEIR MONEY. LIVE WELL MR ZIETSMAN, KARMA IS A *****. YOUR TAKE DOWN WILL BE FUN TO WATCH ONE DAY. Double deduction of loan for another family member
On the 04 February 2022 I made a R800 loan from Takealoan. However on 28 February they twice deducted R1111.50 My sister also has a loan with them and has unfortunately failed to pay them this month. He first apologised for the error and said its the first time they have experienced this, and that my money will be refunded. A few minutes later he asked if I know Elriza and I said yes. . He is now penalising me because she failed to pay them this month and only says I need to speak to my sister about my refund. My contract is not with my sister. In fact on the day he made me approve the debicheck 4 times because he said its not showing on his side.
